It may or may not return. In the new Green Economy there is not a priority on pretty green lawns and golf courses. So people are now growing wheat. It seems the whole valley has been plowed and planted to wheat. There is no longer the storage capacity. Small town elevators are gone, grain tanks have gone for scrap.
